Host A Party

Another great option is to host a crafting party for you and your friends or family. There are two great options.

OPTION 1- You Host- I Teach
Due to the fact that Everyday Lettering is a very small company (pretty much just my husband and I) this option is really only available in Northern Utah (travel fees may apply). Contact me if you have questions or want to schedule a party by e-mailing joyphotographybyheather@gmail.com.

It works much the same as other types of parties (Pampered Chef, Scentsy, etc.) except people can place their order ahead of time and then at the party they will be making their own Everyday Lettering projects.

I will send you an e-mail invitation that you can send to your friends (or print and give to your friends). Keep in mind how much space you will have for people to craft when deciding how many people to invite.

I will have some extra supplies available for purchase at the party, but it is best if your guests can place their order no later than 1 week before the party, to guarantee I have what letters and boards/blocks they want. Payment will be due before they can start on their project. (This information will be on the invitation).

I will be at the party to teach and help your guests and to sell any additional supplies people want to purchase if they didn’t order ahead of time (once again, supplies will be limited).

It will cost $4.00 per letter for either “The Board” or “The Block” for all your guests and all supplies will be included.

The party host will receive discounts on their order based on how much is sold. The breakdown is as follows:
$50-$100 in product sold – Host will receive $10 off their order
$101-$200 in product sold – Host will receive $20 off their order
$201-$300 in product sold – Host will receive $30 off their order

OPTION 2- You Host- Detailed Instructions Included
This option is available anywhere in the United States. You will be hosting the party and I will send very detailed instructions on how to create the product. I promise that it can be done just using the instructions, it is very easy. Contact me if you have questions by e-mailing joyphotographybyheather@gmail.com.

I will send you an e-mail invitation that you can send to your friends (or print and give to your friends). Keep in mind how much space you will have for people to craft when deciding how many people to invite.

All your guests must place and pay for their orders no later than one week before the party. This will give me time to ship the product to you. As long as over $100 of product is ordered, the shipping will be free.

At the party, all your guests will be able to create their own beautiful Everyday Lettering for themselves.

It will cost $3.25 per letter for either “The Board” or “The Block” for all your guests. The prints and the pre-cut wood are included. Paint for the base color, Modge Podge, and basic crafting supplies (such as sponge brushes) are not included. You will either need to provide them for your guests or have them bring their own.
